Interest Free Finance - So, how does it work? 

1. Make your selection
2. Advise Make Your House A Home staff that the purchase will be subject to finance 
3. Arrange a suitable time for a Make Your House A Home finance officer to complete your application for a Once Line of Credit Facility (if 2 parties applying - both must be present)
4. Your current driver's licence is required as well as information relating to your income and expenses
5. The application will be completed on-line in your presence
6. A decision will be provided within 30 seconds
7. Take delivery of the goods
8. Commence repayments to Once (either weekly, fortnightly or monthly from your nominated bank account)
9. You are only required to make a minimum payment of $40 or 3% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater. However, paying the minimum payment will not clear the balance within the interest period. To repay the balance within the 12 month interest free period you need to pay more than the minimum repayment
10. Finance is not available for reduced or "on sale" items
11. Make Your House A Home requires a 30% non-refundable deposit for custom orders (to commit to the purchase)
