Design Consulting

Q. I'm interested in having you come to my home to assist with colours, etc. What areas do you service?

A. We service Bendigo and central Victoria. A design consultancy is only $80 per hour plus a travel charge of $40 per hour exists outside the Bendigo area. Please feel free to ring us to discuss further.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. At the present time, we accept the following payment methods:

• EFTPOS
• Visa and Mastercard
• Direct deposit into our Bendigo Bank account (details provided at order confirmation)
• Cheque (please allow 5 days for clearance)
• Money order
• Paypal
• 12 months interest free finance to approved customers
• Layby (up to 3 months)

Q. When can I expect to receive my order?

A. As a general rule, please allow 10 working days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered (we will confirm delivery times via email), and your payment method (cheques require up to 5 days to clear).

Q. How do I obtain a free newsletter?

A. It's easy! Visit our Home page, click on the Subscribe button on the bottom right, and fill in your details.

Q. What is a VIP membership?

A. A MYHAH VIP membership entitles you to:

• A VIP loyalty card
• Free quarterly newsletter
• Advance notice of Sales and Specials
• Access to clearance items before the general public
• Birthday card with MYHAH gift vouchers
• Card and $10 voucher on your birthday
• An invitation to our exclusive "closed door" birthday celebration

To get started, all you have to do is:

• Make a $100 minimum in-store purchase
• Complete an application form
• Receive VIP loyalty card with first stamp
• Present VIP loyalty card for stamping each time you make a $100 (min) purchase
• When the loyaty card is full (10 stamps) redeem for a $100 MYHAH gift voucher
• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and expire after 3 months.
