Another very modern facade, this time we have made the double front doors the focal point. We matched the render to the garage door, so that the garage door disappears & painted the front parapet wall black for a 3D effect.

We used Solver Rusty Nail for maximum impact on the front doors & carried it through into the entry.

The lounge room is painted Solver Cork with a similar coloured carpet. Chocolate coloured drapes were chosen for a dramatic effect. The chocolate is brought out again in the macrosuede sofas & clear class tables were used to keep the room looking uncluttered. The contrast colour is a pumpkin orange which is seen in all the accessories. The custom made print ties the room together & provides the focal point.

Using Laminex Silver Ash on the kitchen cupboards with the same light coloured timber furniture helps the kitchen integrate into the family/meals area. The kitchen bench tops are Wilsonart Imperial Topaz which has a navy blue through it, linking the navy through the whole area. We have then used splashes of red throughout the room to tie it all together. The result is a very light and appealing room.

To keep the large family/meals/kitchen area cosy, we chose quite a strong earthy colour for the walls & kept the floors light with a cream coloured porcelain tile & skirtings. The bulkhead above the kitchen was painted in the same earthy colour to give the appearance that it is floating above the kitchen. The kitchen cupboards are Laminex Stipple Hemp & the benchtops are Laminex Starlight. The cupboards are a similar colour to the floors so that it all ties in & everything relates back to each other.

The master bedroom has the back feature wall in the same earthy colour, which once again continues the theme throughout the whole house.

The ensuite, powder room, bathroom & laundry all have the same bench tops & cupboards as the kitchen, which again ties everything back in & gives a continuous flow as you walk through.

The back bedrooms have been intentionally left quite plain & the colours are in the furniture & accessories.
