This home is set amongst numerous other display homes in a display village. The builder was breaking new ground, venturing into a more contemporary market, so we had to make the home stand out from the rest. We achieved this with a striking external colour scheme contrasting beautifully with native grasses & yuccas in the landscape. Although it has a very modern look, the selection of a timber garage door gives the home a warm & inviting feel.

The front rooms of the home are the more formal rooms, a home theatre room on the left & the master bedroom on the right. Both these rooms were painted using Solver Flintstone which matches the carpet & compliments the drapes beautifully. We then chose the lounge & bed suite in Warwick, Macrosuede Raisin to "tone in". The contrast colour in the lounge is a lovely rich red and in the bedroom a rusty orange. This gives accent & punch.
The overall result is a sultry, elegant, slightly oriental feel.

The remainder of the home is painted in Solver Stucco, walls, ceilings & timber work to give the home a warm, cosy feel.

With crisp white fixtures & polished chrome fittings the room has a lovely feel.
In the ensuite, we chose a charcoal grey tile which continues from the floor up the walls to give continuity. Laminex Vulcan Stone laminate for the benches & Wilsonart Marinjup Jarrah for the cabinets.

The family room has been given life with a tangerine coloured couch & matching ottoman. The rug ties it all together beautifully.

The meals area has a feature wall painted in Solver Balsamic. A linen cupboard is concealed behind. This feature wall floats in front of another wall, painted in Taubmans Coppertunity.

Both back bedrooms have also been painted with Solver Flintstone, showing that it is a versatile colour blending equally well with either pinks or purples.

The powder room & back bathroom have both been finished in the same colour scheme as the ensuite. This gives the home continuity.
