    The Space 57.57 Recliner by IMG was easy to put together, and is super comfortable, so loving it so far. Glad I upgraded the leather as quality and colour is fantastic!

    Your team member Ange was new so wasn’t over familiar with the chairs herself but she didn’t harass me, gave me plenty of time to try all your chairs and I never felt pressured at all.

    Communication regarding the chair’s arrival was fine and arrived in the time frame that was told to me when I purchased it, the pickup service worked well.

We are loving our Elle Slim console by GlobeWest  as it complements our GlobeWest matching nest coffee tables. It was a lovely experience purchasing from Make Your House a Home, I’m not unsure of the ladies name who first looked after us but she was very professional & really took an interest in helping us find something we loved for our new home. Darren was also was very prompt in returning any emails or phone calls we had. To be honest we haven’t shopped a lot in store with you but definitely trying to support local business as much as we can considering us to are small business owners & my husband being a cabinet maker as well in a similar industry. We understand how tough this year as been for many in business & will be sure to put money back in our community as much as possible. Thank you for reaching out appreciate this as you are one of the only furniture businesses  that has ever asked for feedback so well done.

The surprising pieces for me are the little black metal tables by GlobeWest that slide across the couch seat, they are so handy. We were very impressed with your store, staff and delivery company. I really appreciated when the driver called me to let me know they were going to be late. So often, you are waiting for someone (Tradies) and you never get that kind of courtesy call. It is the little things that make a big difference. Thanks again, we love our new lounge.     Darren, you'll be happy to know that we found the service excellent, everything we needed done quickly and efficiently by you. I love the Space 5300 by IMG and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived within the quoted delivery date given the difficulties being experienced with overseas supplies at the moment. Must also say that the 2 men who did the delivery were very pleasant and efficient. We'll certainly be happy to do business with Make Your House a Home next time that we are in the market for one of your products.

    The Nordic 60 recliners are very comfortable, particularly with the lumbar support. Now they occupy pride of place in the lounge! I did an initial walk through Make Your House A Home the week prior, and a friendly lady did encourage me to walk around to have a thorough look. She was very courteous and gave me space to look at my own pace. So good marks on shop floor customer engagement. Secondly, I found our interaction by phone and email also courteous and inviting. Finally, the lads at the warehouse were prompt and straight to business loading up my trailer. So, overall my customer experience has been courteous and supportive across your team. Thank you. I expect to make future purchases from you in the immediate future …

When shopping for a new lounge, we had a very specific look in mind but also wanted to invest in a quality piece that was Australian made, that would serve our family for years to come. Our experience with MYHAH was an extremely positive one, Darren and Lisa listened to what we wanted whilst providing advice on what would work for our space. We also purchased a beautiful rug to finish off the room. The service and communication was always friendly and prompt and we could not be happier with our purchase!

We have really enjoyed our experience with myhah…..from when we walked in to the store…to be honest we walked in to the store to buy a lounge…..and ended up with a complete package which we were happy to purchase knowing all the pieces were going to complement each other and suit our needs. Lisa was great guiding us with colour combinations and selecting the pieces to go with the modular sofa. Darren with his communication and keeping us up to date with what was happening….even when there was a delay with one of the pieces – the team was offering alternative solutions and keeping us up to date with developments. The delivery team (sorry I don’t have their names as I wasn’t home when it arrived)….but to come home and see the Shona Modular Sofa by Molmic, ottoman, side table, throws and cushions all read set up was very pleasing….(and not having to deal with any plastic and wrapping – as the guys had taken care of it all).
