care kit includes
high performance protection cream cloth provides excellent protection against water, oil and alcohol-based stains for all aniline and pigmented leathers. It protects leather against every day wear, perspiration and greasy marks. Protection Cream is not suitable for bycast leather, nubuck or suede.
high performance soft cleaner cloth is a delicate detergent that does not alter the original properties of your leather or its finish. It can be used on all types of leather except nubuck or suede.
high performance universal cleaner cloth contains a highly effective detergent, particularly effective on difficult to remove stains such as dye transfer and heavy soiling. Universal cleaner is not suitable for aniline leather, bycast leather, nubuck or suede.
MULTIMASTER 5 yr product warranty
5 year product warranty for your leather furniture. Multimaster will help you with cleaning and repairs for stains and incidental damage and, if they can't get it clean or repair it (for an unlimited number of times for 5 years; or until the value of the original purchase is reached in service costs by Multimaster, whichever comes first) Mutimaster will replace the affected part.

- dye transfer
- commercial or rental furniture, or furniture in storage or transit
- wear and tear, or anything that happens gradually including damage from perspiration, hair and body oils or accumulated multiple or unidentifiable stains
- deliberate acts, mishandling, abuse or vandalism
- act of God and natural disaster
- fire, fire damage, oxidation, corrosion, or sun damage including fading
- loss of buttons or resilience of interior fillings or damage to arm caps, scatter cushions, decorative trims or fascias
- removal of odours, even if the odour is caused by a stain
- nubuck, suede or unfinished leathers
