"In the rainbow serpent's travels from Uluru towards Wakka (King's Canyon), he went to the surface and provided a Yowa (waterhole) to the Anangu people." Vincent Forrester
about the artist "I am a Luritja/Aranda man, a traditional elder of Mutitjulu and born in Alice Springs. I grew up a stockman and station-hand so I got to know my country intimately. My art represents a narrative and spiritual legacy to my children and grandchildren."
about the collection "With this collection, I hope people will embrace and acknowledge the strength and sophistication of Indigenous art through living with it, being comfortable with it; and being aware of the beauty of the oldest living art culture in the world."
