Each Heirloom piece is carefully hand-crafted by our expert tailors in New Zealand. We source carefully, using the highest quality modacrylic fibres from around the globe. As beautiful and indulgent as the real thing, these pieces' quality and handmade nature recreate the weight and warmth of genuine fur.

Each Plush Pod is made-to-order with triple stitching for strength. Plush Pods are unfilled and require 3 x 100L bags of bean bag refill. Refills are available from your local retail department or hardware store.

FILLING: Requires 300 Litres of Bean Bag beans (not included).

Return Policy

If your item arrives damaged in transit – please contact us through our contact details seen at the bottom of our website and we can discuss options such as, send you a replacement or offer you a refund.

You are not expected to examine the goods while the courier waits, however if you notice that the packaging is damaged or crushed please note it on the couriers paperwork you are asked to sign.

If your item is faulty please contact us within 3 days to obtain a return authorisation to return the item for a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

- You have mistreated your item resulting in damage
- Natural wear and tear caused after delivery
- Change of mind

Care Instructions

Faux fur should be carefully cared for to minimise matting of the pile. Gentle, cold hand washing is recommended, alternatively machine wash separately on a delicate cycle. Line drying in the breeze helps to restore the pile. Do not tumble dry, do not iron and do not bleach. Do not use any heat process as this will singe the pile and cause matting. As standard dry-cleaning processes use heat (that causes matting of the pile), ensure that drycleaners use mild settings to maintain the silky finish. Comb gently using a pet comb or brush. Keep dark or tinted colours away from direct sunlight to prevent fading or discolouration.
